While our base service includes a functional website and monthly hosting, the following may incur additional charges: Advanced website functionality (e.g., e-commerce, booking systems, custom integrations), domain name registration and renewal, custom design or development requests outside the scope of the original agreement, and transferring ownership of the domain, website files, and code (e.g., if you wish to manage or host the site yourself). If you choose to take over full control of the website, including hosting and domain management, a one-time transfer fee will apply. The exact cost will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the handover.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use our services only for lawful purposes, and not attempt to disrupt or harm our website or services.
Subscription services are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your website and services. You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us.
All content created by Aimpoint (including website designs, logos, and custom code) remains the intellectual property of Aimpoint unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our service without our permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violating these Terms.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, loss of data or content, or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or service platforms. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
